Return policy
Kocony Return Policy
1. Introduction
At Kocony, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase of hats and sunglasses. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle - free return and exchange policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Return Conditions
You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the order. The items must be in their original, unworn, and resalable condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. For sunglasses, they should not have any scratches, and for hats, they should not be stretched or soiled.
2.2 Non - Returnable Items
The following items are non - returnable:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Customized or personalized hats and sunglasses.
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care.
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@kocony.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and the item details.
3.2 Return Shipping
- Domestic Returns: If you are eligible for a return, and the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. If the return is due to your change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
4.1 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account.
4.2 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please let us know when you contact our customer support team. We will arrange for the exchange once we receive the returned item. The new item will be shipped to you as soon as possible, and if there is a difference in price, we will either refund or charge the appropriate amount.
